The Young Founders Conference is the gathering for young people who feel they are meant for more than a conventional career and are brave enough to consider starting something of their own.
It brings together participants from all over Germany and Europe and creates an atmosphere where you dare to think big, speak openly about your ideas, and realize that entrepreneurship is not a distant myth but a path real people take by stepping into uncertainty.
Through authentic founder stories, intense conversations and a strong community, the conference often becomes the moment when a vague "someday I might found a company" turns into a clear "today is when I start."
UPCOMING FOUNDERYou have the ambition. The conference gives you the clarity. Hear from founders who started exactly where you are, and leave with the mindset — and the contacts — to take your first real step.

ECOSYSTEM
The Young Founders Conference is brought to you by a team of passionate innovators and young founders under the age of 25. The Young Founders Network is a collective of young founders and start-up enthusiasts.
We are united by a passion for "taking matters into our own hands." We don't rely on the world to improve; instead, we are the change we have been waiting for.
